Consistent Small-Group Play & Enrichment
Play Pack dogs enjoy small, carefully matched groups based on size, temperament, and play style. Their day includes a balanced rotation of group play, enrichment games, outdoor time, and calm rest periods—keeping them engaged, socialized, and never overstimulated.
Daily Enrichment Rotations

Our team gets to know each Play Pack dog so we can provide personalized care, monitor comfort levels, and ensure each dog feels safe, relaxed, and included. We maintain a consistent routine to help dogs feel secure and confident.

Play Pack dogs enjoy access to private indoor suites for rest and safe, private outdoor patios for fresh air. All areas are climate-controlled for year-round comfort, with fresh water always available.
How it works?
Step 1. Schedule Your Quick Phone Call
Submit the Play Pack application so we can learn about your dog’s age, energy level, temperament, and routine.
Have more than one dog? We welcome multi-dog households — just mention their names on the call, and we’ll coordinate everything together.
Step 2. 3-Day Play Pack Trial (Required)
Before joining Play Pack, every dog must complete a 3-Day Trial with us.
This trial allows our team to evaluate your dog’s comfort, social behavior, enrichment engagement, and ability to settle in our structured routine.
Cost of the 3-Day Trial: Only $45 per Dog
The 3-Day Trial helps ensure Play Pack is:

It also gives your dog time to adjust over multiple days, which is more accurate than a single-day evaluation.
Step 3.Choose Your Weekly Membership Days
Once your dog passes the 3-Day Trial, you will choose a minimum of weekly days (for example: Tuesday and Thursday/Thursday or Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
Your dog’s spot is guaranteed every week while your membership is active.
Additional days may be added based on availability.

Yes — depending on peak season availability, since spaces are limited and Play Pack is not available on holidays when the club is closed.
No. Unused unlimited monthly membership credits do not roll over. Your dog’s spot is reserved exclusively for them each week.

Yes — during non-peak seasons and when space allows. Because Play Pack groups are based on compatibility and daily attendance, your dog may not always have a playmate available on drop-in days. In those cases, your dog will enjoy individual enrichment, one-on-one attention, outdoor time, and a peaceful, structured day with our team.
This is still far better than staying home alone — your dog gets interaction, stimulation, and care throughout the day, helping them feel calm, happy, and connected even without a full group present.
You choose your weekly membership days, and your dog becomes an official Play Pack member with guaranteed weekly spots.

No. Dogs who show aggression, reactivity, bullying, or unsafe behavior cannot join. This ensures a safe environment for all dogs. However, our individual Playcare model ensures that they can still enjoy one-on-one daycare with our team!
We group dogs by compatibility, not just size. For safety, we are especially careful to place small dogs in their own appropriate playgroups, ensuring they are never matched with large, rough, or overly energetic players.
We monitor stress signals closely. If your dog needs breaks, we adjust group placement and offer quiet decompression or one-on-one time with humans. We tailor the day to your dog’s mood and energy level so they always feel safe, supported, and relaxed. This is daycare at its finest.
Groups are intentionally small for maximum safety and comfort. Typically, Play Pack groups consist of 2 - 5 dogs, allowing for safe, compatible, and well-supervised interactions.
