To secure your reservation with Pet BnD, we require a 50% deposit. This deposit confirms your booking and is subject to the following terms:
For Peak Periods (holidays, high-demand times):

- Deposits must be made at the time of booking.

- Cancellations made more than seven days prior to the stay will be refunded in full.

- Cancellations within seven days of the stay will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled stay are non-refundable due to high demand and the limited availability of accommodations. However, as a courtesy, a credit for the full amount may be applied to a future stay, subject to availability. This policy ensures fairness to other clients and allows us to maintain the quality of care and service.
For Regular Times:

- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the stay are eligible for a full refund.
